Description:
10+ years’ experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing for major systems development efforts, 4-5 years leading enterprise wide test planning. We are looking for a senior, strategic, end-to-end systems test lead. The individual must be a strategic thought leader, a results project manager with a proven track record in systems testing and systems quality assurance. The project manager/test lead will be responsible to create end-to-end User Acceptance Plans across multiple work streams. The test lead needs to coordinate integrated test efforts across multiple vendors, internal technology systems and multiple business processes. Need to be a strategic thinker, driver and have hands-on experience testing major systems implementation efforts.
Requirements:
Senior project manager, program manager with both business and IT side experience.
Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor to the business and leading Application Delivery, IT Project Delivery/Development, BI, Data Governance, QA/Build/Release Management, Compliance and IT Infrastructure efforts and teams.
Experienced with waterfall and iterative, agile methods/approaches and with highly innovative methods.
Established end to end Development/Test Strategies, User Acceptance plans and Processes across multiple systems/platforms and vendors.
Track record of managing a onshore/offshore teams of 70+ as well as multiple business test groups.
Track record of managing individual programs of up to $30M+.
Proven track record of presenting to and reporting to senior and C-levels (CIO, SVP of Technology, CTO, CSO
Proven track record leading multiple test efforts across multiple Application Development Teams.
Experience in QA and Release Management as well as a solid experience of the financial industry (Equity/Options Trading Systems (Market Maker) and Fixed Income Trading Systems and Platforms and managed accounts
Working knowledge of Quality Center and AQMS methodology.
10+ years’ experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing for major systems development efforts.
