Job Description :
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
" WORKS UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) OF ADMINISTRATION
" UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION OF PMO DIRECTOR, COORDINATES ALL TASKS (AS PROJECT COORDINATOR) OF DIFFERENT SIZED PROJECTS WITH DIFFERENT COMPLEXITIES USING APPROPIATE PM METHODOLOGY (AGILE / PREDECTIVE / HYBRID ETC.)
" CREATE PRESENTATONS AND PROVIDE STATUS OF WORK PROGRESS
" PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR ALL PMO PROJECTS, MANAGE PROJECT BUDGETS, SHOPPING CARTS, P-CARDS AND PURCHASE ORDERS. MAINTAIN DEPARTMENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. COODINATE PROJECT MEETINGS AND MANAGE MEETING MINUTES
" SUPPORT AND PERFORM OTHER DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES AT SUPERVISOR'S REQUEST OR AS NEEDED.
