Product Implementation Manager

Job Description:
The Consumer Lending practice at Tavant Technologies. is looking for a hands-on Product Implementation Manager for leading Tavant Mortgage product implementations. The candidate will be responsible for leading successful product implementations, meeting timelines and budget requirements. The manager needs to travel onsite [25%] for client meetings & presentations.
The Product Implementation Manager drives successful Mortgage product implementations by acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Success will be realized through establishing value-added customer implementation engagements, shortened time to value and numbers of successfully live customers. He or she will drive towards the following objectives:
Help customers to successfully adopt go-live with Tavant Mortgage products
Provide advice and guidance to customers and partners about implementation best practices
Connect customers and partners with Production Development and other Tavant stakeholders when required
Build the foundation for customer advocacy (references)
Develop and maintain product expertise in Tavant Mortgage products
Key Responsibilities
Drive product implementation success by acting as a trusted advisor to customer and partner in domain of project management and deployment
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between customer and Tavant during the implementation project lifecycle
Work closely with the customer, third party service providers to ensure joint project success
Monitor projects implementations and report to Tavant Management on projects progress, issues, risks and go-lives
Escalate critical project issues and involve different Tavant stakeholders to resolve those issues and mitigate project risks
Lead cross functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution
Do a proper handover to support team after customer go-live to ensure smooth transition to stable operations and continuation of relationship with Tavant team.

Basic Qualification
8+ years of experience in Project Management in Consulting/SI
Implementation Experience with any financial product
Knowledge of the implementation project lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field (Masters preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
