We are actively seeking a skilled and accomplished Project Manager with a strong background in delivery experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Tools. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Azure, Java, and possess a solid understanding of Support and Security practices. Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring, Resource Management, Quality Assurance and Change Management.This position requires on-site presence in Dallas, TX for five days a week.
Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
· Utilize industry-standard project management methodologies to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently.
· Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, to facilitate project planning, collaboration, and reporting.
· Oversee projects related to Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, ensuring the effective utilization of data for informed decision-making.
· Manage projects involving Azure cloud solutions and Java applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
· Collaborate with support teams to ensure post-implementation support is efficient and responsive.
· Implement security best practices throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard infrastructure and data.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on infrastructure projects.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams.
· Strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Azure, and Java.
· In-depth knowledge of IT support processes and security protocols.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Responsible for development and responses to RFP, RFQ & RFI requests in a timely manner.
· Presented engagement highlights in monthly steer co meetings to client stakeholders tracking critical KPIs, highlighting risks and issues and agreeing on mitigation plans.
· Served as SPOC for internal and external (customer/3rd party vendor) stakeholders to provide status and address issues and risks.
· Worked with customer stakeholders to identify scope creeps as enhancements, managed cost, scope, and schedule for the project.
