Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
15 Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex ERP Change Management efforts. Experienced in defining Organizational Change Management scope, project plans and managing a team to execute the plans.
15 Experience Communicating with all levels of an organization to achieve a successful system adoption for a ERP re-engineering implementation.
15 Experience leading a Training Design and Development team for ERP efforts.
15 Experience conducting Training delivery and support sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to achieve user acceptance of the system.
15 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point
15 Proven Change Management leadership and team building skills.
8 Experience with User Productivity Kits, Power Point Presentations, and other training development tools.
5 Experience teaming/training with business owners and functional staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft, Maximo and/or Oracle Business Intelligence environment.
Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Strong Experience in managing and coordinating change management and training efforts through an ERP Implementation or Upgrade.
Preferences:

2 Public sector experience with a Utility or Energy Based company
10 Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms to deliver the successful adoption of a new Operating System.
8 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within 3 or more Maximo or PeopleSoft Modules (G/L, A/P, A/R, AM, PO, eProcurement, Time and Labor
Strong Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
Strong Excellent teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
Strong Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
