  2. Program Budget Management:
    • Oversee program budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of resources.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take proactive measures to address variances.
  3. Project Plan & Roadmapping (Capital Edge a+):
    • Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
    • Utilize Capital Edge and other relevant tools to facilitate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  4. Status Reporting (Strong PowerPoint):
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Utilize strong PowerPoint skills to create visually engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate project status and key metrics.
  5. Process Design & Implementation:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT programs and projects.
    • Design and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline project execution and enhance overall productivity.
  6. Gap Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states within IT programs and processes.
    • Develop strategies and recommendations to address identified gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Efficiency Ratio and Analysis:
    • Analyze program and project performance metrics to assess efficiency ratios and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize project outcomes.
  8. Communication and Training:
    • Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate stakeholders on project methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT program management, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in program budget management, project planning, and status reporting.
  • Experience with Capital Edge or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
