ROLE: production support
Location- Detroit MI,
Client- BirlaSoft /Wells Fargo,
Duration- 6+ Months,
Minimum 6 years’ experience in production support and ticketing system.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Expertize in Unix/Linux is a must.
Experience in using WebSphere application server
Experience in using SOAPUI /Postman to test SOAP and REST services
Experience in using digital security certificates.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should be willing to work on weekends and nights based on the severity of production issues, if any such.
Experience in using below tools :
Splunk,
AppDynamics,
SoapUI,
Postman, postman plugin
Udeploy,
Jenkins,
Putty/ Super Putty
WinSCP
HP ALM,
Ticketing system software such as ServiceNow.
Advanced experience in using of Office tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Basic understanding of Java/Spring based application.
