Role name: Oracle Fusion HCM Lead
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 (Months)

Competencies : HCM Benefits Administration, HCM US Payroll,
Experience: 10 (Years) & Above

Essential Skills:
Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules : Core HR,Payroll
End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion
Experience in implementation of Payroll in Fusion Apps
Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Benefits
Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
Deep Experience on Payroll related business processes.
Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
Knowledge in Data Masking (Desirable)
Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, CRPs, developing prototypes and building reference models
Good Communication and status reporting with customer
Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team
Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis
Commitment to delivering a high quality work product
