5+ years of Experience in Oracle Performance DBA
Required SkillSet:
In depth understanding of Oracle Architecture, PGA, SGA, Init. Ora , Wait Events
Good grasp of OS fundamentals
ASH , AWR, 10046, 10053 based Tuning expertise
SQL and Pl/SQL Tuning
OS Kernel Level tuning and OS level tracing
Very good understanding of SQL Execution Plan
Expert in Golden Gate setup and Troubleshooting
Point in time recovery and conflict handling in Golden Gate
Python/Shell Scripting
Automation tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible
A logical approach to problem solving
The ability to work independently and in mixed teams
Excellent communication skills.
