Position : Network Technician
Type of hire: Direct W2.
Visa: Independent.
Essential Job Functions:
- Offer foundational technical support in network/telecom services, providing assistance in routine tasks.
- Assist with network and telecom projects and assignments.
- Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address network/telecom infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
- Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
- Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
- Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification(s)
Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
Telecom admin knowledge/experience (PBX)
Network and telecommunications cabling experience
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, are a plus
