Qualifications

Strong technical skills or experience creating content for social media.
An understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities
Establish and/or maintain the personal brand and digital presence for select Global Managed Services executive stakeholders and position them as thought leaders on social media (predominantly LinkedIn).
Serve as a steward for each leader's voice, personal brand, and unique lens, prioritizing authenticity.
Develop a strategy, editorial calendar, and regular publishing cadence for leaders to elevate their professional brand and better engage local and regional market influencers through increased visibility for Global Managed Services and broader client's capabilities.
Curate and produce content for social media that aligns with Global Managed Services market objectives and campaign priorities.
Read and digest linked content to effectively communicate through the unique POV of each related influencer.
Employ organic social media tactics and optimize content to engage key buyer groups.
Consume market and industry research and identify user and industry trends to inform program development and content strategies.
Work collaboratively with global marketing, communications, and corporate affairs colleagues related to content releases, and media engagement.
Attend internal meetings and capture synergy opportunities for social and bespoke content as needed.
Manage timelines, document, and track project plans, and report on KPIs.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience.
3-6 years of experience on a marketing team in a digital marketing, social media, copywriter, project manager, or operations role.
Digital and social media savvy; knowledge of online content strategy and creation; SEO experience required.
Proven capability to deliver impactful messaging through a few select words and images.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills including proficiency in AP style; skilled at using a variety of content types to reach a variety of platforms.
Demonstrated ability to vary writing style and tone to suit different audiences and objectives.
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Resourceful self-starter and solution-seeker who demonstrates a high level of initiative and intellectual curiosity.
Open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
