Role Looker Trainer & Adoption Coach

Location REMOTE , Edison, NJ (EST hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Looker training programs tailored to end users with varying levels of expertise.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users, addressing specific needs and challenges encountered during the transition.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to understand reporting requirements and ensure that training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
- Assist in the migration of reporting assets from OBIEE to Looker, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Establish and lead a light change management program, including communication plans, feedback mechanisms, and adoption metrics.
- Monitor and report on the progress of user adoption, providing insights and recommendations to improve training and support strategies.
- Act as a liaison between end users and the technical team, gathering user feedback and advocating for improvements based on user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer or coach, preferably with expertise in Looker or other BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and experience in migrating reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of end users.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and change management strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Looker or related BI tools.
- Experience in healthcare data analytics.
- Knowledge of OBIEE and familiarity with the specific reporting needs and challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with Clinicians on technical projects/changes.
