Level 2 Application Analyst Visa- Open 12 Months Contract *Must pass a drug test and background check once offered position* Ideal Background: Ideal candidate would have worked in a level 2 support function previously, be ITIL knowledgeable, have experience with Cnet, ability to work independently with little hands on direction towards set metrics and goals. Experience: Previous experience in support of a very robust complex technical and business environment. Top Requirements: Experience with Cnet. IT Production Support Experience, driving problem resolution and document root cause. Experience independently working in a virtual team environment. Duties include but not limited to: Support incidents, enhancements, and projects for proprietary Care Services Applications. Implement solutions for incidents, problems and small projects Conduct code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize processes Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed in a timely manner Effectively collaborate with numerous technology and business teams across multiple locations Drive problem resolution and document root cause. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain support documentation Participate in Release Entry Framework activities to help ensure quality deployments into production Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism Rotating 24/7 On-call support Ability to work outside normal business hours to address critical issues Skills/attributes: Experience with ITIL processes Strong analytical, problem solving skills, must be able to work well with teams Experience in Healthcare Systems Analysis or IT Development Experience with Cnet IT Production Support Experience Experience working in a virtual team environment Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of ServiceNow SQL Server/Database knowledge SSIS/SSRS ETL Data Stage Experience in Healthcare Systems Analysis or IT Development Experience with Cnet IT Production Support Experience Experience working in a virtual team environment Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in IT Support Supporting proprietary applications INTERVIEW PROCESS: What type of interview process is preferred? combination of Phone/Video.
