Job Description :
Location TO HARTFORD, CT

Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and building 2 tier, 3 tier or N tier client server based applications.
Responsible for one or more technical aspects of development.
Responsibilities include coding, testing, modifying, debugging, enhanced or purchased systems based on the business requirements, technical specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

Must understand the client server model and be able to develop interconnect programs that are distributed efficiently across different locations.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle along with 3-tiered application architecture.
Understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) languages and tools. .net Java, XML, JavaScript. jQuery, JSON, Oracle.
Minimum of 3 years hands on development experience with, Java, JSP, JSF, Primefaces,
Thorough understanding and experience using JEE platforms Weblogic and/or JBoss
Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and ability to develop detailed application designs using proven industry patterns and best practices.
Thorough understanding and experience using relational databases specifically SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Requires understanding & usage of J2EE technologies like Java Web Services, JMS, JDBC, JTA, Java Mail and JMX.
Experience in front end web technologies and frameworks: HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and Primefaces.
Superior organization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present confidently before a large audience.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
