This consultant should be highly skilled with Java, Python and ElasticSearch.
The Pre-Clinical in vivo Research SDC project will deliver new abilities to capture file-based in vivo data in the Scientific Data Cloud environment. Phase 1 includes the creation of a data lake, search index and download capabilities for Research in vivo study data.
Key goals are to deliver include:
a user friendly Search UI where key data elements are used for search and filtering
a metadata template used to capture key data search terms
a stand-alone file upload interface
