Role: iSeries Technical Team Lead
Location: Evansville, IN
Duration: Full time
Technical Skills
iSeries Development Expertise in technologies such as ILE COBOL, ILE CL, C database DB2
Knowledge of iSeries APIs, Data queues, User queues, multi-threading, Journaling and IBM iSeries file systems such as Library based system etc.
Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus.
We need IBM I series COBOL developers and not RPG developers. These are two programming languages and we need COBOL developers
Responsibilities
Functional Requirements and perform requirement analysis
Estimate and Monitor
Estimates Work with Business teams to prioritize work
Prepare detailed design documentation Interface between customer and Offshore Team
Reporting and tracking of assignments Fix high priority issues
