Role: Invision Application Management Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months. We always attempt to extend or convert to regular employment based on business conditions and performance.

Job Description:
- Day-to-Day Job Duties
- Provide L2 and L3 Support for the Invision Application
- Analyze issue to be resolved or enhancement requirements to be developed
- Re-create issue in test environment if possible
- Identify solution
- Code and test solution when appropriate
- Communicate / Coordinate with Test Team to get code or issue solution QA Tested
- Revise code or other solution based on results from Test Team, and re-submit for more testing
- Follow client processes for code / other solution approval and release to Production
- Provide follow-up support for above code as needed
- Incident and Change Management
- Provide status as requested by client and NTT Data personnel
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting healthcare applications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting healthcare provider accounting applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the Invision application
- Experience using SQL and DB2 with mainframe applications
- Experience with Job handling/monitoring
- Knowledge of Journaling and triggers
- Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or a related field
