Job Title: Instructor Trainer 3
Client: State of Texas
Department: Texas Health and Human Services Commission
Location: Austin, TX 78751
Onsite/Remote: : Remote (Local to TX - highly preferred)
Duration: 6 months plus extn
Visa: USC, GC

Additional Information:

  • Candidate MUST have at least 10 years of total IT experience*
  • Please include candidate's copies of certifications related to this position
  • Candidate must reside in Texas, preferably in Austin, Texas
  • Candidate MUST have healthcare experience (government healthcare highly desired)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have experience in training multiple modules within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), and candidate must be able to articulate information related to module training during the interview.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM is not equivalent and will not be considered. Preference will be given to trainers with Texas state agency PeopleSoft (branded CAPPS HR/Payroll) training experience.

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

  1. 8 years of Experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific module training development.
  2. 8 years of Experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained.
  3. 8 years of Experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules. Candidate should be prepared to discuss which modules they have created.
  4. 8 years of Experience organizing curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based,
  5. 8 years of Skill in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline and using teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.

 

Desirable Skills:

  1. 2 years of Experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
