The Candidate should be Senior ETL developer having 5-7 yrs. of experience in developing complex ETL applications. He should able to understanding the complex business requirements given in user stories and convert them in technical requirements for developing ETL applications to support business Analytics. He should able to do end to end implementation from Design, Develop and deployment of ETL applications .The candidate should be having very sound data base concepts and could have ability to write complex SQLs.
Having very deep knowledge in data warehouse concepts
Having very rich experience(5-7 Yrs in Developing ETL applications using IBM data stage 11.x
Having very rich experience(3-5 yrs in Writing complex SQLs in IBM DB2 9.x and above
Having some working experience in IBM Quality stage
Having very good knowledge in Unix Scripting and some exposure to Perl scripting
Having working experience in Control-M Scheduler or any other enterprise level scheduler for batch processing
Having good understanding of data Modelling concepts and exposure Erwin modelling tool is a plus
Having good exposure to Data governance(Preferably with IBM IGC) , Data Virtualization, Data Lineage and information quality concepts
Good exposure to Agile methodology and working experience in Agile is added plus
Having exposure to IBM Info sphere information services Director is added plus
Having experience in working in GIT is added plus
Having worked in Financial industry and having exposure to SOX compliance is added plus
Having exposure to Sybase and Oracle data bases are added plus
Having good understanding of Hadoop Eco system(specifically HDFS, Hive and Impala) is added plus
