Job Description :

The Training Lead will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). The CCWIS Modernization Project is a pioneering IT initiative aimed at transforming our child welfare information system. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Training Lead to spearhead the training and development programs for this large-scale project. It is preferred the Training Lead be detail oriented, able to build relationships over multiple programs with multiple partners, able to seek and engage with subject matter experts, have knowledge of the Florida Practice Model and FSFN.

 

 

Primary Job Duties and Tasks

TrainingStrategy Development:

·         Designandimplementcomprehensivetrainingplanstomeettheproject'sobjectivesand timelines.

·         Identifytrainingneeds byconsultingwithstakeholdersandusingneedsassessments.

MaterialandContentCreation:

·         Developandcuratearangeoftrainingmaterials,includingmanuals,onlinelearningmodules, and instructional guides.

·         Createengagingandinformativetrainingvideosto enhancelearning experiences.

LeadingTrainingSessions:

·         Plan,schedule,andconductengagingandeffectivetrainingsessions,bothin-personand online, for diverse groups of learners.

·         Utilizeinteractivetrainingtechniquestomaximizeparticipantengagementandknowledge retention.

·         Tailortrainingdeliverymethodstosuitdifferentlearningstylesandorganizational roles.

·         Managelogisticsfortrainingsessions,includingscheduling,venueselection,andresource allocation.

·         Continuouslyrefinetrainingapproachesbasedonparticipantfeedback andlearning outcomes.

InnovativeTrainingSolutions:

·         Implementinnovativetrainingmethodsandtechnologiestoenhancelearningandengagement.

·         Stayabreastofthelatesttrendsintraininganddevelopmenttocontinuallyimprovetraining effectiveness.

TeamLeadershipandCollaboration:

·         Leadand mentor ateam of training professionals.

·         Collaboratewithprojectmanagers,ITspecialists,andexternalpartnerstoensuretraining aligns with projectgoals

 

CommunicationandReporting:

·         Developand maintain clearcommunication channels withall project stakeholders.

·         Prepareandpresentreportsontrainingprogressandeffectivenesstoseniormanagement.

Evaluationand Feedback:

·         EstablishevaluationmetricstoassesstrainingeffectivenessandROI.

·         Acton feedbackto continuouslyimprove training programs.

ChangeManagement:

·         Playakeyroleinmanagingchangebypreparingstafffortransitionsandnewsystems implementations.

·         Bachelor’sdegreeinoneofthefollowingBusinessAdministration,MBAorrelatedfield preferred

·         ExperienceandknowledgeofTraininglargeorganizationsinbestpracticesinprinciples, methodologies, and tools.

·         Abilitytoestablishandmaintainstrongrelationships.

·         Abilitytoinfluenceothersandmove towardacommonvisionor goal.

Education:

 

Bachelor’sorMaster’sDegreeinBusinessAdministration,Social Work,orother related
