BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor''s Degree
5-10 years of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills in needs analysis and instructional design
Demonstrated use of eLearning development software (Authorware, Lectora, Captivate, JavaScript and Flash are a plus);
Experience using HTML
Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently
Excellent project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office products
