Job Description :
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing eCommerce operations and plans for the Sullivan Family of Companies. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for the daily operations and eCommerce platforms to ensure we provide relevant products and excellent services to our online customers. This individual manages the development, release, and maintenance of Web applications, systems, and services that support company''s E-Commerce business strategy.
The eCommerce Manager reviews emerging technologies for impact to current operations and recommends changes that will enhance or improve existing E-commerce efforts and customer experience. In addition, this individual will work closely with internal teams such as to ensure our products offering and information are accurate and relevant.
This eCommerce Manager reports to Sr. Director of Technology Delivery.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for all online activities and daily operations
Monitor site traffic and analyzes user behavior and feedback to continuously improve usability and enhance the impact of the organization''s E-commerce platform
Guide the team responsible for web page design, development, and security
Work with the business leaders and Marketing team to develop affiliate marketing programs
Create and maintain an online business plan
Update website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
Provide analytic reports of online sales and customers feedbacks based on online survey results
Be familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), CMS, Social Media, Email marketing (e.g. Mailchimp)
Education Requirements:
Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field
Related retails experience is preferred
Experience Requirements:
Digital marketing experience and keen interest
At least 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations
In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software (e.g. Google Analytics)
Broad technology knowledge of digital marketing and technology
Ideally use of Adobe Photoshop, IDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics
Knowledge of Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google Adwords
Experience in vendor management
Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to make sound recommendations to other business leaders and peers
Being a champion in change management and ability to work under tight timeline
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and able to effectively work with all level of business users
