Job Description :
PURPOSE: Manage customer-facing content related to platform functionality, product information, and email marketing. Collaborate with eCommerce team to support project initiatives that meet the strategy and objectives of Alcon eCommerce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Excel product list by market
Maintain information in product management information system
Maintain accurate eCommerce database (approve/unapprove/reconcile)
Draft marketing emails and code HTML
Run email marketing campaigns; segment customers and export lists from email marketing campaigns; track analytics
Maintain system Alert messaging and timing
Write and code FAQs; coordinate and assist in the creation of system video tutorials
Update and manage surveys & track analytics
Assist development of search capabilities
Manage image inventory and coordinate with stakeholders for current imaging
Document work instructions
Liaise with stakeholders in various departments to maintain information
Obtain legal approvals as necessary
Attend backlog meetings and sprint demos to understand technical specifications
Develop expertise about the Alcon eCommerce platforms
Understand Alcon business and contribute to strategy discussions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred 4 year degree
3-5 years’ experience managing digital content
Content management, product information management, eCommerce expertise
Experience in healthcare/medical device industry a plus
Knowledge of B2C, B2B and B2B2C eCommerce and Omnichannel models
