Location: Hybrid / Lansing, MI
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Interview Process:1st Round Virtual Interview via MS Teams with 2nd round interviews being held IN PERSON

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain MS dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
· Configure and customize CRM solutions.
· Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
· Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
· Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
· Define use cases and gather business requirements.
· Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
Required skills:
· 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
· Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
· Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
· Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
· Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
· Ability to present persuasively and effectively.
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
· Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
· Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative.
· Be autonomous and think creatively.
· Strong writing and verbal skills
· 3-5 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
· This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be able to work in person 2 days a week.
· Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
· Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
