What you will be doing:
Managing the entire sales & marketing area.
Advising on the best marketing and sales courses of action and directing implementation of ideas and campaigns.
Collaborating with marketing personnel and contractors to achieve marketing and sales goals.
Organizing and managing all new marketing campaigns and product launches or removals.
Ensuring appropriate ROI is being achieved by each campaign.
Applying quality control on campaigns.
Budgeting for different projects and investing in those with the greatest returns.
Using feedback and surveys to properly market to our public.
Overseeing and optimizing our social media marketing campaigns.
Utilizing statistical analysis to implement the more profitable strategies.
Managing and advising on SEO and coordination with website team.
Overseeing all email campaigns.
Optimizing engagement with Public Outreach division for brand recognition.
Advising sales team on how to improve sales strategies.
Experience you will need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing.
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
Successful experience in funnels, analytics, statistics utilization, ads, SEO and general marketing campaigns.
