Responsibilities:-
Understand Business Requirements and translate them to Data Design.
Gather Data Requirements ,Perform Source Data Analysis and Data Profiling
Create and Maintain Logical Data Models for various applications including Operational & Analytical models.
Work with Data Steward and BA to define Data Quality rules.
Create Source to Target Data mapping and Collaborate with BA on updating the same.
Collaborate with DBA team for Physical Data Models.
Contribute in Technical Metadata capture and Data Governance Efforts.
Good Knowledge on Relational and Dimensional Data modeling.
Knowledge in Any Data virtualization tool (DV) is a plus.
