Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in Data Center Exit and a comprehensive understanding of data center assets, cloud environments, and infrastructure deployment. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, and Scaled Agile Framework, as well as hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Data Center Exit Expertise:

• Demonstrate a high-level understanding of data center assets, including networks, servers, storage, databases, applications, and compute services.
• Execute and manage projects related to data center exit strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal impact on operations.

• Cloud Environment Management:

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud environments, with a focus on Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
• Facilitate the integration of cloud solutions into project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Infrastructure Deployment:

• Understand infrastructure deployment in the context of architecture, design, testing, and deployment.
• Adapt project management strategies based on the specific needs and challenges associated with infrastructure deployment.

• Project Management:

• Utilize project management methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, and Scaled Agile Framework, to effectively plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.
• Employ tools such as JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint to streamline project communication, collaboration, and documentation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within project teams.

• Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven 8 -10 years+ experience in IT project management, with a focus on data center exit strategies and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of data center assets, cloud technologies, and the ability to navigate the complexities of software development and infrastructure deployment.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
