Responsibilities:
" Advanced configurations and customizations of Thales key Management solutions.
" Provide mentorship to L1 and L2 support engineers.
" Collaborate with Product Vendor.
" Manage and Configure Thales key Management systems based on customer/ user requirements.
" Conduct in depth troubleshooting of Key management related issues, incidents and collaborating with L3 Support/Engineering team.
" Provide support for integrating Thales key Management solutions with other systems.
" Providing security best practices among users and ensure compliance with polices.
Experience(range): 5-10 Years.
" 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing and supporting Thales key management systems and Cryptographic solutions.
" Strong leadership and mentoring skills
" Proven ability to lead security assessments and implement advanced security measures.
" Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
" Familiarity with scripting for automations
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
" Good to have any relevant industry certifications
