Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years'' additional experience in lieu of a degree
5 years'' technical experience
5 years of comprehensive and recent development experience with IBM Cognos TM1 Architect and Perspectives
2 years of development experience using IBM CAFE (Planning Analytics for Excel)

Proven Ability:
To design, develop, test, deploy, support and enhance complex financial planning processes using IBM Cognos TM1
To convert IBM Cognos TM1 Perspectives interfaces to CAFE (Planning Analytics for Excel)
To script PowerShell and Command Line at an Intermediate level
To communicate verbally, in writing and via presentations effectively with a broad range of Technology and business counterparts
To be a productive Agile team member on multiple, complex initiatives, working with diverse teams in multiple locations
To create, edit and troubleshoot SQL queries
To train and develop in a Paired Programming environment
To understand and document the flow of data ETL into planning applications
To collaborate with product owners, product managers, product architects and business SMEs to ensure delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes

Familiar with:
Capability and use case for Planning Analytics Workspace
SAP Business Explorer
Data modeling and data modeling tools preferred
