Citrix and Support Engineer

Customer is specifically looking for Citrix and VMWare horizon hands-on experience.
Location: Kirkland, WA
Responsibilities:
· Install, deploy and optimize Citrix XenApp XenDesktop environments.
· Implement VMware technology solutions for virtualization, networking, and storage infrastructures
· Create, test, and deploy VMware vSphere environments
· Deploy and manage vCloud Director and vCenter
· Develop, build, and support VMware NSX networks
· Act as a Citrix/VMWare expert for customers.
· Upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing it with up to date versions.
· Write all required documentation.
Skills and experience:
· Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp XenDesktop technologies.
· Minimum three (3) years of hands-on VMware virtualization and/or cloud experience
· Experience with Citrix Netscaler (a plus)
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (AD, GPO, Windows Server).
· Good communicator and team player.
· Good ability to listen to customers and their needs.
· Ability to verbalize technical concepts and solutions.
· Ability to adapt and be effective in problem solving.
