MongoDB DATABASE ARCHITECT with TS-SCI
Duration: 6+ months
LOCATION: State College, PA or Dulles, VA or Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX (Hybrid – Local pls)

Clearance requirements: This position requires an active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date.
A Database Architect is needed on a mission-critical classified program. Experience all aspects of database architecture in a MongoDB environment as a member of a fast-paced agile team.
Basic Qualifications
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and Six (6) years of software engineering experience.
- Six (6) years of experience in database design and architecture in a MongoDB environment including experience with:
Mongo Query performance tuning
Mongo pipelines
Architecting large data solutions
- Database and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Software development experience in Java
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Experience with AWS environment
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with OpenSearch
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Experience With Relational Databases And Other Nonrelational Databases
- Experience with satellite communication systems and protocols is highly preferred.
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
