Job Description:
Job Summary: Conducts evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business.
- Oversees process change implementation and testing, and reviews changes to ensure they result in measurable organizational improvements.
- Assists in the development and delivery of training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
- May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.

Experience and Education:
- Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess current processes especially relating to data generation and consumption across the enterprise.
- Identify gaps in processes and present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support engineering team and ensure new technology solutions are aligned with customer needs and close identified gaps in processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and elicit feedback and requirements across the board (from end users to executives).
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
- Understanding of data ingest-process-egress systems.
