Job Summary:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you'll be instrumental in steering datadriven decisions and fueling our company's expansion. Collaborate closely with diverse teams to gather, dissect, and interpret data, empowering strategic initiatives with actionable insights.
Key Duties:
Partner with stakeholders to define business objectives and pinpoint data needs.
Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
Conduct thorough business process analyses and propose enhancements.
Identify opportunities for operational streamlining and efficiency boosts.

Qualifications:
Open to fresher's eager to learn.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
