Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Lead Web Developer to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive architecture experience within the digital web space and a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to drive digital web projects from concept to launch.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of digital web projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Document data models and flow diagrams to effectively communicate project requirements and design solutions.
Utilize advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies such as .NET, Java, and JavaScripting to architect scalable and secure web applications.
Leverage expertise in Enterprise SaaS software products, Microsoft Azure Cloud, App Services, AI Services, and IPaaS to design and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, compliance, application security, and data privacy standards and regulations.
Manage processes effectively to drive project success and meet delivery timelines.
Collaborate with IT teams and business subject matter experts to gather requirements and address project challenges.

Mandatory Skills:

10+ years of architecture experience within the digital web space.
10+ years’ experience successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving digital web projects from concept to launch.
Proficiency in documenting data model and flow diagrams.
Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies (.NET, Java, JavaScripting) and B2B with consumer goods experience.
Advanced knowledge of Enterprise SaaS software products, Microsoft Azure Cloud, App Services, AI Services, and IPaaS.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, application security, and data privacy principles.
Excellent process management skills.
Proven team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and across business subject matter experts.
