Job Description :
Application Support / Development
Create and run database scripts and reports.
Design and develop reports based on business requirements.
Develop and execute database scripts such as Data fixes, Procedures, cursors.
Create scripts to integrate Yardi with other products in the organization.
Configure/Develop new system functionality.
Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users.
Communicate effectively with the user community.
Act as the Yardi SME and train staff on the technology.
Design and develop application interfaces. Maintain existing interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at the OS, database, and SQL code levels.
Job Requirements:
Technical experience as a developer customizing and integrating applications within real estate investment & property management software- Yardi Voyager
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and a working knowledge of Yardi scripting and Yardi report types (scripted, YSL, SSRS, Analytic
Experience maintaining MSSQL databases including creation, data management, backups, security and performance tuning.
Experience with technical writing and training including the design, development, and delivery is a plus.
