Job Overview:
The primary responsibility for this role will be to maintain the implementation of our TeamSite, Open Deploy initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate, coordinate and manage expectations well with distributed team members, cross functional teams, stake holders
Produce results faster, and better while achieving high performance, scalability, reliability and quality
Pro-actively identify continuous improvements for higher effectiveness across team, processes and applications
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
* BA or BS degree required
*MUST have Experience with XSLT, XML PERL
* Has to have experience working on different Teamsite projects
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Knowledge of Java required
* Team collaboration/coordination skills
* Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative (being a self-starter) and getting things done
* Knowledge of unit testing strongly desired
Communication Skills:
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Reasoning Ability:
* Ability to solve issues, identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations
Other Skills:
* Experience working with agile methodology
* Experience with other Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle
