Position Title: Workday Tools Systems Analyst
Location: Boston MA
Duration: 6+ months on-site
All submissions MUST include Manager References, version of Workday and System Integrator For every WD project noted on resume.
2+ years of Workday’s Tools used to support HCM and Financials, including all types of Reporting, Integrations and Business Processes.
2+ years of Core Connector, EIB and Studio Integration experience
2+ years of Simple & Complex Workday Reporting experience using delivered reporting tools
2+ years of Workday business process configuration experience
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a systems role supporting Corporate Financials (and/or HR) applications, possessing a strong knowledge base of core business processes
Experience working with externally hosted and managed solutions is required
1-3 years of experience with the Workday financials platform is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, taking initiative and/or lead role as necessary
The ability to manage multiple priorities is required as is professional maturity with regard to handling of confidential information
Bachelor’s degree required, a major in Computer Science, or related field is preferred
Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology required.
