Role: Workday Technical Consultant
Location: Dallas TX
Responsibilities:
· Utilize expertise in Workday's Implementation methodology to facilitate all engagements
Develop a detailed project plan for integration and work with Workday PM and Integration Lead
Manage the day to day tasks for the integrations workstream through the development lifecycle
Provide guidance and mentoring to resources working on their implementations.
Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
· Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation using a mix of internal, external and off-shore resources.
· Identify, communicate, and drive resolutions / mitigation plans for issues and risks in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams
Develop overall Integration status dashboard for all phases of project; Track, document and report to all levels of management Integration team status, risks and issues to ensure deadlines are met
Work with testing manager to document testing requirements for all integrations.
Coordinate sign-offs with all parties involved including vendors
Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.
5+ years’ experience managing project teams for IT system implementations
Experience with system development lifecycle including integrations
Experience in requirements definition and management, business process analysis, system and user testing and problem resolution.
Prior Workday Engagement certification is nice to have but not essential
