Job Summary:
Workday and Integrations engineer plays a critical role in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for OCIO Integrations team. The primary responsibility of this role would be to design and develop Workday Integrations. This engineer should possess in-depth knowledge of Workday EIB, Core connectors and Studio integrations .

Job Requirements
Strong integrations experience on Workday Cloud (HCM)
3 years of Workday Integration experience with 5 years to work experience.
Strong Experience with Workday Integration technologies like EIBs, RaaS, Core Connectors, DTs, PICOFs, Workday Studio Integrations, REST APIs, Webservices, XSLT, XML, Xpath
Knowledge of HR modules like Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
Experience with managing Workday Upgrades, enhance existing integrations and Regression testing
Experience and understanding of Human Resources data, Business Process, and Data Analysis skills
Experience in architecting and developing RAML, Integration Frameworks, Web-services and Microservices
Working knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and private cloud-based deployments and configurations along with logging, monitoring and administration
Experience with establishing integrations between common applications such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Workday
Understanding of the use of certificates, encryption, OAUTH for secure integrations
Experience leading and managing development and support teams.
Strong experienced with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Understanding of Unix/Linux platforms
Experience with version control tools like GIT, change control, problem management
Participate in all aspects of SDLC including requirement gathering with Business partners, design, document, develop, perform code reviews, testing, cut-over planning and code roll-out
Create proof of concepts, participate in innovation work, provide technical guidance on integration performance and scalability, and continuous feedback on areas of improvement
