Job Description:

Workday Integration Build, Test, and Deployment experience
Human Resource and Payroll IT and Integration Support experience
“Really want someone who has direct experience implementing/configuring/managing integrations within Workday and some strong SQL experience as we can likely have them try to help the HR/Payroll teams in ongoing data extracts from Ceridian. It would be great if they have strong data migration experience using Excel as a working area to bring the data from the various sources together before copying into the workbooks from Workday.”
Experience with Human Resource and Payroll change management, in a Workday tenant management environment
Strong command of Human Resource business processes and cross-functional business acumen
Developed creative technology and systems solutions to meet critical business requirements
Expertise in implementation of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Recruitment functions
Experience in partnering with vendors (e.g., Workday), business stakeholders, and client IT in the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Change Management to ensure successful deployment and adoption
Ability to collaborate with all levels of associates
Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information
