*Workday HRIS Analyst*

*Location: Redwood City, CA*

*3-6 months Contract to hire*

*Responsibilities*:

- Provide analytical data support for the People Ops team
- Provide project management guidance and support to the People Ops team
and Business Partners
- Work closely with People Ops team, Payroll and IT on all employee
related program design and implementation
- Be a key partner in developing a set of metrics to measure the health
of our workforce and HR functions
- Respond to all Workday related questions and requests from employees
- Support multiple integrations and file transfers with external benefit
providers
- Help develop system training material and business process
documentation
- Review, analyze and recommend metrics for reporting employee related
information
- Oversee compensation analytics and project management of comp programs
- Implement new functionality and modules in Workday
- Execute mass loading of data through Workday EIB
- Enter and maintain data integrity of all employee information in
Workday
- Create and deliver manager self service training
*Requirements & Skills:*
- Bachelor s degree in related field
- 6 years of relevant HRIS experience with Workday
- Experience with data analytics, reading and making recommendations
based on analysis
- Project management experience, taking oncept from ideation through
execution alongside other team members
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to
develop complex reports using functions, formulas, and macros
- Solid communications skills, written and verbal
