Job Title: Workday HCM Integration Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant Workday experience.
Candidate should be Integration Core Certified
Strong experience in building and troubleshooting Workday Integrations.
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT
Should be well-versed with EIB, PICOF, CCB, Core Connector and Workday Studio integrations
Should able to understand the current Workday implementation
Experience of creating custom reports and calculated fields
Should able to quickly assess user requests to identify root cause on day-to-day issues.
Should able to do the impact analysis
Should have experience of working in Support/maintenance project
Must have experience of working on Implementation project
Should have experience of working directly with key client stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and drive requirements sign-off, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration to client
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
Facilitate knowledge transfer
Track issues and risks, communicate status
Able to work on tickets within SLA
Should be a quick learner
Should be ready to take new opportunities
