Workday HCM Financials
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
1. The first candidate has only HCM experience. We need Workday Financials.
2. The second candidate did great at client (previous contractor) with writing reports, but we need functional Finance experience such as modifying spend authorization and expense business processes and security configurations as well as reporting.
Workday experience with the following in order to troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets from Customers:
1. Experience with Finance & Human Capital Functionality tasks and reports
2. Troubleshooting Business Processes (Spend Authorization, Expense Reports, Hire, Termination, etc)
3. Financial Data Model (FDM) for Company, Cost Centers, locations, spend category, revenue category, etc.
4. Strong working knowledge of Security knowledge for Domain, & Business Processes
5. Report Writing/Editing (Advanced, Matrix & Composite preferred) Access/Security
6. Change Management Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
