Workday HCM Consultant
We need 3 resources
Location: Washington DC

Background:
The Board’s Human Resources Branch intends to implement a Cloud-based Human Capital Management System (HCM) in the future The Board currently uses Oracle PeopleSoft for its HR system. In order to prepare for such a transformation, Board HR would like to conduct a fit gap analysis between the Board’s unique processes and HCM systems.

The Board is seeking a team, consisting of 2-3 personnel for this project.

Requirements:
At least ten (10) years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, and SuccessFactors (in order of importance)
At least ten (10) years of experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, and SuccessFactors’ core HR applications (i.e. Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation, etc
At least five (5) years of experience with HCM system implementations
Prefer at least 5 years of non-core HR functionality (e.g. Workforce Planning)
