Position Title: Workday Functional Systems Analyst (HCM & Financial)
Location: Boston MA
Duration: 6+ months on-site
All submissions MUST include Manager References, version of Workday and System Integrator For every WD project noted on resume.
Functional knowledge of HCM and Finance functional business requirements and business processes
Understanding and positioning of Workday HCM and Financial best practices
Ability to analyze Workday production issues and tickets submitted by global HCM and Financial business users and determine root causes, identify resolutions, document results and, if needed, demonstrate resolutions to business users.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a systems role supporting Corporate Financials (and/or HR) applications, possessing a strong knowledge base of core business processes
Experience working with externally hosted and managed solutions is required
1-3 years of experience with the Workday financials platform is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, taking initiative and/or lead role as necessary
The ability to manage multiple priorities is required as is professional maturity with regard to handling of confidential information
Bachelor’s degree required, a major in Computer Science, or related field is preferred
Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology required.
