Essential Functions:

As part of the Workday Implementation Program Reporting team, the Worker shall report to the Reporting Lead. The Worker will design, build, test, troubleshoot, and document Workday HCM/Payroll reports, potentially advising other report developers on best practices within Workday HCM/Payroll reporting. Along with the rest of the reporting team, the Worker will provide support for unit testing and End-to-End testing of Workday HCM/Payroll reports, as well as migration of reports to the different Workday tenants.

Required Qualifications:

Expertise developing and migrating reports in multiple areas of Workday HCM/Payroll.

Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting requirements and design solutions to meet those objectives.

Primary expert to inform efficient and performant Workday HCM/Payroll reporting solutions.

Serve as a "trusted expert advisor" and technical expert for Workday HCM/Payroll reporting solutions.

Maintains and utilizes detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.

Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed reporting solutions in Workday HCM/Payroll.

Responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific report designs.

Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex reporting solutions.

Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures relative to the Workday Implementation Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five or more years’ experience with developing and migrating reports in multiple areas of Workday HCM/Payroll.

Significant experience in Workday higher education.
