Provide strategic HR oversight for Workday''s Time and Absence
Preferred Configuration certifications in Workday''s Time and Absence (Expert knowledge is a MUST)
Own the configuration and ongoing management of our Workday''s Time and Absence using agile methods to meet business and HR customer needs
Provide a high level of customer support to HR and non-HR stakeholders
Determine and utilize metrics to recognize success and drive performance improvement
Provide leadership to other team members and stakeholders
Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience; at least 3 years of recent experience in Workday''s Time and Absence
Experience working in Workday SaaS
Strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills; demonstrated success in the ability to integrate and align strategy and activities
Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business
Strong subject matter expertise in Workday''s Time and Absence
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
Ability to determine appropriate metrics and utilize data to further enhance the delivery of services
