Workday Developer
Duration - 1 year
Location - (Lake County) Abbott Park, IL
3+ years of experience working and building reports and integrations with Workday HCM system in a professional, fast-paced environment
Workday certifications preferred (Workday integrations)
Expert in building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations and reports in Workday functional such as WFA, Talent, Recruiting, Benefit, Compensation and Payroll.
Excellent Workday integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, REST APIs.
Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday
Excellent report writing skills in building reports in all types, Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc.
Strong Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT)
Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business, HRIS teams including technical and non-technical at all levels
Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
