Job Description :
Required Skill:

· 7 years of relevant experience with an emphasis in HR Information Systems, information technology or HR.

· Requires strong analytical and technical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Human Resources operations

· Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures

· Works under general direction from immediate manager. Workday Core HR configuration, report writer and security administration experience is a must.

Job Description:

· Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technology

· Serve as Workday Core HR and Security consultant supporting Workday system issues and enhancements

· Perform trouble shooting, security administration, report development and EIB loads

· Participate in system enhancements design, testing and rollout

· Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

· Liaise with internal departments and Third-Party service providers

· Strong knowledge of HR administration and HRIS.

· Strong knowledge of HR systems and Excel
