Job Summary:
The workday Configuration Support Analyst’s main duty will be to create new integrations and related reports as well as maintain existing ones. The right candidate will Configure data (e.g. new locations, grades, termination reasons), do release-related regression testing of integrations and custom reports and other functional areas (e.g. HCM) as needed by the business and manage scheduled processes (e.g. integration and report schedule expirations and suspensions and related notifications He/she should support automation between Workday and downstream systems and maintain system configurations that change how Workday operates (e.g. business process and security changes) as well as create complex custom reports for users.

Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years Workday experience in HCM, Security, and Business Process configuration and troubleshooting, as well as experience creating and maintaining custom reports and integrations.
Have the ability to develop / test complex EIBs for mass uploads of data
Should be able to investigate / resolve system support issues for HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
Have the ability to clearly communicate for the purpose of training small groups to a level of subject matter expertise in the areas of Workday already described
US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow for management of support workload.
